Warranty Information
Watering Made Easy Sprinkler Stations carry a replacement warranty for five years from date of purchase with receipt. Watering Made Easy will replace the product if it is found to have a manufactured defect due to material or workmanship. This warranty does not extend to damage due to misuse, neglect or abuse, debris/sandy water, freezing, normal wear and tear, or accident. Under no circumstances will Watering Made Easy be liable for incidental or consequential damages. All implied warranties are limited in duration to five years following purchase. Depending on the state you reside in, the above limitations may not apply to you. If any problems arise with a Watering Made Easy Sprinkler Station please contact Watering Made Easy.
Standard Warranty Procedure:
- Our customer contacts Watering Made Easy to troubleshoot the problem.
- If the problem cannot be solved Watering Made Easy will provide a Return Authorization(RA) number to the customer along with instructions about where to return the defective part.
- Once we receive the defective part, RA number and return shipping address, we will send out a repair kit with all of the parts and instructions required to repair your Sprinkler Station.
New, optimized Warranty Procedure:
To avoid needless shipping cost and effort for our customers, we are implementing a new Warranty procedure. We will continue to ship replacement parts at no charge for customers who ship us a defective part. Now we will also ship the replacement parts for a small shipping fee without the returned defective part.- Our customer contacts Watering Made Easy to troubleshoot the problem.
- If the problem cannot be solved Watering Made Easy will provide a Return Authorization(RA) number to the customer.
- Our customer orders the replacement parts from this page. There is no charge for the parts on this page, the prices on this page are the discounted shipping costs only.
You can also add discounted Caps and Winterizer Kits from here while ordering Warranty Parts. - After ordering, Our customer should send us a copy of the receipt with the RA number written on it.
- Write the RA Number on the receipt and Scan/eMail, FAX or snail mail a copy to us.
- Forward their Purchase Confirmation eMail and type the RA number into the eMail.
- Once we receive the on-line parts order and the receipt with the RA number, we will send out a repair kit with all of the parts and instructions required to repair your Sprinkler Station.
